Cottage remodel in Laguna Beach

The owner wanted more space so we enclosed the outside laundry in a new room
Replaced doors, jambs and trim to tie into the Hobbit-like theme
He wanted a new deck finished off with Tigerwood and replace his sliding glass doors with out-swing Mahogany French Doors & side-lites to make the most of his private patio as well as the lush canyon view
We then built the Ipe hardwood fence the owner designed
Everything had to be custom and built on site---nothing off the shelf!
